I hate it when charities cold call. Often when I don't recognise the caller ID I won't answer the phone but Justin Just got home from an overnight so I picked the phone up right away. As soon as I hear the "seller" talking I know that I will say no but I listen anyway, I don't know whether it is better to cut them off directly or to politely say no at the end of their speech (which is what I do. It always makes me feel bad to say no.
