Work was totally manic tonight! There were IT problems in every Borders, so the computers were down as well as the gift cards. So everytime someone wanted to pay using a gift card, i had authorise the transaction by phoning some call centre in america! Took about 20 minutes each dammit!
THEN some mad women called a manager and complained about me! Bloody cheek! Id spent 20 minutes looking for a book for her! Grrr!
