Personnel:
John Nitzinger - vocals, guitar/ Bugs Henderson - guitar/ Curly Benton - vocals, bass/ Linda Waring - vocals, percussion.
Джон Нитцингер, гитарист и автор песен из Техаса. В начале 1970-х Нитцингер написал пять песен для техасской группы Bloodrock. Когда второй диск Bloodrock-2 стал золотым, Nitzinger подписал контракт с Capitol Records и в начале 1972 выпустил свой первый альбом, Nitzinger. В 1973 вышел его второй альбом на этом же лейбле, One Foot in History.
В 1976 на лейбле 20th Century Records выпущен его альбом под названием Live Better Electrically.
В 1980 г Nitzinger вместе с Карлом Палмером (бывший Emerson, Lake & Palmer) создал группу PM, которая записала единственный альбом, One P.M, на лейбле Ariola Records. В 1981 Нитцингер присоединился к Элису Куперу в его турне Special Forces tour и записался на одноименном альбоме. В настоящее время живет в Форт-Уорте, Техас, дает концерты и обучает молодежь гитарному искусству в собственном Рок-Лагере.
На данном альбоме в команде Нитцингера играет и Багз Хендерсон (Bugs Henderson), тоже мастер гитарных рифов и запилов (ныне покойный увы).
Он скончался 8 марта 2012 в Джефферсоне, штат Техас, в своем доме, от рака желудка.

вот это из заметки замечательное чуть развеселило меня -
На аукционе (когда искали средства для его борьбы с раком) продавали музыкальные сувениры из личной коллекции Багза, и среди них оказалась удивительная грамота, подписанная директором ФБР Гувером за его "заинтересованность в борьбе с коммунизмом" (interest in battling communism) - на момент получения грамоты Хендерсону было 16 лет!..
Нитцингер играет в манере Ted Nugent, так что всем почитателям настоятельно рекомендуется этот клевый альбом!!
вслед за мечтательной меланхоличной Driftwood следует рокерская Let the Living Grow и не дает распускать сопли
