That is FABULOUS! I love how the whole things flows, and the matching of clips to lyrics. The "bang-bang on the door" sequence was my favorite, but really all of it was perfect.
Oh, and "I got me a car that's as big as a whale." ♥♥♥ Impala.
Is that crickets I'm hearing at the very beginning?
Hee! Um...yes. I figure it's the calm before the storm. (Though it came with the sound effect so I kept it in. :) )
And the flashing hotel signs apparently couldn't resist the rythm of the song.
HA! Oh yes indeed. They were so dancing along! (Glad you noticed!)
I loled at 0:51 - 0:53. The miserable women in the car and than "hurry up" Dean is taking off...
Oh YAY! I had some trouble with that lyric. I originally had something else until Dei suggested some other clips. I wanted to show the occupants as completely miserable so our boys could be shot of them and hurry up to get to the room to be by themselves (which totally goes against the suggested lyric I know). No idea how happy I am to hear you say that works. :)
And themed montage is probably the style I am most comfortable with. It helps me put things in a neat little box. (Anal much!)
Thanks as always honey for your squee and support. Means a lot. <333

You have no idea how much a comment like that from you means to me.

The B's are my all time favorite party band and the motel rooms are my all time favorite part of SPN - so waking up to this just made my day.
You have a grasp of timing and pace a lot of film editors could learn from.
