I'm not overly excited by the Cas storyline but willing for them to sell it to me... The main thing is to keep hurting the boys. (Did I just say that out loud? Bwhahah!)

I'm more excited for the Cas story than I was before seeing this. It looks like he won't be comic relief!Cas, which I'm happy about I have to say. Kickass!Cas is my fav Cas but I'd say we won't be seeing that version for a while (if at all?) so my next best would be sincere Cas I think...

Admittedly I veer toward hurt!Sam more (er..which you probs know because I make no secret about it...;D), but I am all over hurt!Dean as well. There's just something about seeing these super tough, gorgeous men being vulnerable. Which usually comes out when they are hurt. And I'm also a sucker for the comfort/concern that usually follows...;)
