I didn't even know how to resize an image until an hour ago. I'm still in learning curve heaven. ( I am pretty computer illiterate incase you hadn't noticed).

If you're trying to make completely compliant html/css coding then yes. You never know what may break in the future.

At work I have a css file and html files

Though thanks....it kinda fascinates me but totally confuses me at the same time. The coding I used had the desired effect though.
