It's Official...
I officially love Ryan Cabrerra. He is the nicest/funniest/hottest guy I have met in a long time!! Lauren took me with her to The House of Blues today at 4 to interview him... it was so much fun. Instead of an interview, it was more like hanging out with a cool ass guy! We took a picture with him at the end (will post it later) and we also got reserved seating passes for his concert tonight.
So the concert was really good. I don't LOVE LOVE his music, but I did love how he spoofed MmmBop! He really reminds me of Dane Cook (the funniest comedian EVER), when he talks. But reguardless of all of this, I can totally see why people like him. He's amazingly nice and willing to do almost anything to please his fans (within reason) Also, he wrote the song "On The Way Down" about finding God in his life... knowing that gave me goosebumps when he performed it.
So after the show we met up with his tour manager and Ryan signed 300 CD's that people bought (what a nice guy!) And the manager said Lauren and I could hang around and then go out with Ryan and the band. So while we waited we hung out with one of the opening acts, Kyle and his tour manager. Totally cool kid, only 17, wasn't there in time to hear him perform, but we met him earlier while we were interviewing Ryan.
After the signing we went downstairs and talked to Ryan some more. He was totally cool (as expected at this point) Instead of going out they decided to just drive to Jacksonville becuase he's performing at the SuperBowl. Unfortunately Lauren and I didn't fully believe him and decided to follow his car after the show....they stopped and went in at McDonalds, HILARIOUS, and then DID go to Jacksonville...we stopped going down I4 when we finally figured this out!
ANYWAY, totally digging Ryan. We have the whole 20 minute interview on tape, HOORAY! I wish there were more boys in the world that were as care free and fun as he is!
