[Someone made a post about Christmas just as she was waking up, and it inspired her. So her face appears, flushed and sweaty but smiling gently, and behind her is Heimdall's kitchen table absolutely loaded with food. Don't eat too much and make yourself sick, Conan.

[Jacket is on, shoes have been found -- all the signs point to a seven year old coming your way shortly.]
See you soon, Nakama-neechan!

Sorry for intruding! Nakama-neechan? I'm coming in.
[Operating on the logic that all the Welcome Hall's are roughly the same, Conan has no problems finding the dining room.]

Usually it was considered a holiday for couples in Japan, while New Years was the big event. 13 ... well, she could be into boys, but this isn't how you'd go about finding one ... Conan couldn't help but remember Nakama's tone as she'd mentioned her mother's absence. Although a Western christmas was foreign, maybe it was the emphasis on family and friends that attracted her to it? In which case ... ha, she's going to have one happy seven year old.
Scrambling up onto his chair, Conan found that he didn't have to pretend to be excited.]

Also, it gives her an excuse to foster companionship between the houses, which is one of her ultimate aims - everyone working together, all friends, to solve the problem of Asgard. She didn't succeed with fourteen other people, so why she's willing to take on an entire city is questionable, but that doesn't mean she's giving up.]
Take one of everything, if you want. I can always make more.

[But that's not going to stop Conan taking her advice and taking one of everything.]
