Camelot, really? That's amazing!

[ Blinks. And then - a smile, a graceful, happy smile. ]

Have you heard of it?

It's quite a famous place, historically.

[He pauses for a moment, unsure how to follow that. Learning that you're history for someone else must be strange.]

There's a lot of literature about Camelot, though how accurate it is, I'm not sure. I wouldn't mind hearing more about it from you...

[When is he ever likely to have that chance again?]

[ She feels somehow - not old enough to be history. But she nods. ]

It is one of the five kingdom in our land. Ruled under king Uther Pendragon, I am his ward. He has a son too, Arthur. It's a lovely kingdom, filled with forests. The castle is the heart of it. Filled with banners - red with a golden dragon. The Pendragon emblem.

[tenpa_tantrum]

[Excuse him for a moment while his eyes go wide. Then he has to grab for his notebook and pen, scribble things down.]

Your life sounds really exciting!

[medicatus]

[ she laughs. ]

At times. At other times it could ne dull.

I suppose every place is like that when you live there.

[He laughs a little too.]

It's just so amazing to hear where everyone is from. I haven't been to that many places.

Where are you from, then?

Japan.

[He pauses, then adds.]

It's ... the year 2004 there. When and where I'm from. It's a long way from Camelot, both on the map and... in other ways.

Well - you must tell me of Japan then.

Japan is...

[How can he describe his Japan? Especially when his world changed so quickly, at that one point, so completely in one way and not at all in others.]

Japan is fast. And busy. And cramped. And colorful and noisy and beautiful.

[medicatus]

That sounds lovely. Colors and noise - is sounds lively.

It's a very lively place!

[Gau's getting excited, just talking about it.]

It's not perfect of course. People have to work really hard, and sometimes bad things happen. But there are a lot of things to do, and then when you look at it just the right way, you can still see the history behind all the technology and the business, and it's... it's something I want to protect and take care of.

[medicatus]

A history of a place is its heart, I agree.

It's interesting. It's nice to think about... how to take forward the parts of history that are useful and worthwhile without stunting the growth of a place too.

[He can't seem to stop beaming.]

I want to study every place in the world, but I guess since I'm not in my world right now, I'll have to study this world and everyone else's worlds too!

That is a clever aspiration. I longed to see the world as well.
