Where I am from, we are used to war. There is always some sort of battle over land or an object occurring.

[And this war has claimed lives... and has affected her greatly, however she doesn't say this.]

I was raised to fight, to be a soldier for my country and king. It may sound hard to someone who does not know the perils of war, however I assure you 'tis not.

[She's lying a bit here, having experienced many trials in her life, but she wants to be seen as strong for this girl.]

Wow... [it's so weird to hear about such different places to live. It's hard to imagine a war... and everything it would entail. but this girl does sound strong]
