Northwestern was pretty fun. They threw a variety show for us. The emcees were great. My favorite part.
"Raise your hands if you're not in college and you're on facebook."
"If you have both raised, put one down."
"Now, take that hand and SLAP THE SHIT OUT OF YOURSELF. THAT SHIT'S MADE BY COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS!!!!"
*In a creepy voice*
"We want you all to come to Northwestern. We want your $45,000 tuition."
After that, my host took me to a frat house and we just hung out for a while. I got up at 8 in the morning to go to an org chem class. Org chem blows. It's terrible. It held my attention for 5 minutes.
U Chicago's ok. The campus reminds me of the ivies, which was validated later when I was told that it was modeled after Oxford and Cambridge. I went to an economics of sports class, which was the prof talking about how to shut down the Yankees. Right now, I'm pretty sure I'm headed to Northwestern, but I did buy a U Chicago sweatshirt and nothing from NU. So yeah, we'll see.
