I'm not sure whether I can give proper words to how much I'm adoring this. It's just so...honest. It's such a different and wonderful look at ideas like "love" and "affection" and it's making me grin stupidly the whole time I'm reading. Really, really great job.

Oh, this is lovely. I'm especially fond of the touching/bed sharing/affection scenes. And I do like how you've chosen to tell this from Lestrade's POV - it's a great choice. Looking forward to more!
