Frozen in place while Tim’s memories replayed endlessly in his head, Lavi didn’t know when he’d ever wanted to kill someone more.
“I understand,” the Noah taunted. “I have them too. Friends, that is.”
Lavi almost wanted to laugh. A Noah having friends? Bullshit. That was almost as ridiculous as--
