N's Poképals (in progress)
N doesn't keep a "team" of Pokémon like other trainers. He doesn't use Poké Balls or engage in battle, except when absolutely necessary. He doesn't care about classifying Pokémon, or keep track of what levels they are. These things are all inessential! Would you categorize your human friends in that way? (N can be a bit self-righteous, in case you were wondering.)
All "his" Pokémon are individuals he met at some point who decided to keep company with him. He doesn't name them, because Pokémon don't give each other names in the same way people do.
Original Pokémon, brought into Promenade with N:
Zoroark
:
Known moves: Night Daze, Night Slash, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower.
Other abilities: Like all Zoroark, N's friend is capable of creating extremely convincing and elaborate illusions. As Zoroark is an older, experienced Pokémon, he is particularly skilled in this, and according to N, he is considered quite talented even among Zoroark.
Purrloin

Known moves: Assist, Fury Swipes, Pursuit, Snarl
Other abilities: Purrloin can walk on his hind legs, if he needs to. He is also very, very good at stealing things.
Joltik

Known moves: Electroweb, Electro Ball, Thunderbolt, Bug Bite
Pidove
:
Pidove is an energetic and adventurous little bird. Like all Pidoves, he is very sociable and not much of an independent thinker, as he's used to living in a flock. He has a silly sense of humor and loves playing and joking around. He prefers to learn flying type moves because he loves the wind, but he also learned Roost because he flies so much that he tends to exhaust himself. It doesn't help that he has a relatively poor sense of direction for a Pidove, so occasionally he gets himself lost. This is just what had happened when Pidove met N. A storm had blown him off course, and he was trying to return to his beloved family and flock. N was moved by his story and promised to help him find his way home.
Known moves: Gust, Fly, Air Cutter, Roost.
