(no subject)
This account is now roughly eight years old and barely used. I want to change that. While initially it was a social outlet for me, as well as a way to vent. I want to be a little more consistent than that. While I still don't want to lock myself down to one theme, the old description below is something I think has fallen by the wayside.
"The title of this journal is 'Here I stand, I can do no other.' This is a quote from Martin Luther, the great theologian and founder of protestantism and the Lutheran denomination. I made this the title because the goal of this journal would be that I would stand for my beliefs like he did. I'm not sure I would have the courage to stand up and confront authority at the risk of being burned at the stake; but from everything I've learned about the man, this is how I would like to be."
I want to discuss all topic that matter to me. So I'm going to. So my day-to-day life may bleed into the journal when it is interesting, I don't want this to be a play-by-play anymore. I've grown out of that. I'm a writer, so I must now write!
As usual... new friends welcome. I don't have to know you offline or from any particular place. I want to be sociable. If I've added you, its because I thought you had interesting things to say.
