Synopsis

Xia Mo and Luo Xi were both orphans adopted by the same family. Their closeness made Ou Chen, Xia Mo's rich boyfriend, increasingly jealous. He forced their separation by sending Luo Xi to study abroad. However, his overbearing behavior only pushed Xia Mo to breakup with him. Heartbroken, he got into a car accident and lost his memory. Five years later, Luo Xi returns as a super star. He reunites with Xia Mo and helps her succeed in the show biz. Just when their relationship seems rosy, it begins to crumple as Ou Chen regains his memory and does everything he can to get Xia Mo back.
Review:
This particular drama has a very unique approach about love relationships and siblings. As the story progresses the relationship between LX and XM worsens, they both like two pieces of one coin. Therefore they can't have normal relationship. LX is too complicated and have many personal issues to deal with while XM went through so much pain that she doesn't care anymore about love she wants only one thing - to save her little brother. For her the family is her main issue and she's keen to use everything for that purpose.
LX can't help XM and  he pushes her for self destruction with his fears and jealousy, while OC can sacrifice everything for her. He sees through her and manages to read between the lines and finds out what  XM really needs. His love is really touching and powerful.
The plot is so tough and nostalgic that watching the story is very touching and sad at the same time.
This plot of love triangle when powerful guy wins the girl is just the same as another Chinese drama Rich man Poor Love (2007).
The same manipulative actions from egoistic man that enable to get rid of the boyfriend and "win" the girl....
Barbie showed once again excellent acting skills performing deep emotions. Her heroine was tough strong and vulnerable at the same time which was captivating to see especially after seeing weak protagonists.
