It’s a classic, a fun loving romantic comedy about a young woman who dresses up like a boy to investigate about her father’s will. The young woman in this remake is played by 24 year old, singer turned actress “Punch” Warakarn Rojanawat. The pra’ek in this lakorn is “Por” Thrisadee Sahawong.
The story is about girl that lives with her mother and occasionally sees her father, whom the mother detest so Tadao see him in secret.
The father is a rich man who loves his first wife but because of his mother disapproval married to another woman and had three kids with her, but his favorite child is Tadao from the first marriage so he made a will that Tadao will get the inheritance, but he had "traffic accident", and died holding the will. Tadao decides to investigate her father's death and about the will so she disguises herself to a boy Thad.
While Tadao lived in Chang Mai her mom made a deal with hi-so man to marry her daughter. Tadao is a young girl who want to live freely and reveal the truth about her dad so she runs away while she looks like a young feminine boy.
To her surprise she meets the son of her soon to be husband Noi, and he takes her as young boy and she starts working at his farm so they develop a strong bond and become like "brothers". Soon after that she finally manage to come to her father's house "Busaya".
She finds out who tried to get rid of her and who is on her side. At the end she reveal to everyone who she is, and they find the will so it was a happy ending to everyone.
My favorite scenes include Tadao's mother with her second husband - this pair was truly funny and refreshing, they are both my favorite actors. While the mom is a poor and strong woman the husband is a spoiled and irresponsible man so she teaches him a few lessons about life and they change together and become responsible and caring parents to their children.
Also Tadao and prince Noi, their chemistry is great and their hearts connected, she misses him while he wants to see her but doesn't admit that. She does everything she can to stay with him but in the end she has no courage to reveal the truth about her womanhood to him...and he loves her but hates lies so he separate with her and suffer alone.
But when he hears that Tadao is in danger he runs like crazy to find her....and he practically forgets his anger.....
The third couple the princess and the uncle Witoon they are truly sweet couple and their scenes together especially in the end were really cute.
The princess is a contrary character, she is kind and nice person but naive. She didn't trust her boyfriend and didn't have the courage to support him so she lost. Well she was the "rival" of Tadao so there had to be some reason to separate the couple, but her naivete was really astonishing.
