2 more days...

...and I get to see my Kristie again! Yeah, that's what the earlier "K" stood for. lol And the "S" stood for Shelly.

Now while I don't think Shelly is reading this, on the off chance she does, here's a message for her: When I first met you, I told you that I thought you were great, and that I didn't know what would happen, but that I'd love to be at least your friend, no matter what. You agreed, and in fact, there was that "incident" where your concerns were that you somehow thought I wanted something more than this. And then, as soon as I meet someone that I care about, you disappear. Before that happened, you went from talking to me every day to my having to practically beg you to talk to me. I don't care if you were busy, otherwise occupied, whatever...you could have SAID so. So much for your lies about communication, eh? Well, I got sick of it. So, just in case you're wondering, the e-mail I sent about you having a deadline until midnight one night was very accurate. I removed you from my friends list, address book, phone, the whole bit. I thought all women were the same, but that you were a possible exception. I was wrong on both counts. Not all women are the same, because Kristie is nothing like that. But you are no exception. You are just another selfish liar, and definitely NOT a person I want around me.

Now, to the good news: 2 more days, and I get to see Kristie again! I can't wait! She'll be here for the weekend, so she'll also miss the storm back home. We're going to have a great time, I'm sure of it. Should be making things "official", too. It's been over 4 years since I dared think such a thing...but I don't mind! She's the best woman I've ever met, hands down!

Other than that, got to go to the Panthers game against the Patriots Saturday night. Cool stuff. Corporate suites kick ass. lol Shrimp as big as hot dogs, all you can drink...gotta love it. Not bad for a preseason game, either. All in all, pretty cool that my dad won the tickets at his work. I was a bit nervous at first, but I did OK, I think. Anyway, that's about it for now...
