The Daily Crime Report
Every so often, the daily crime report email makes me laugh. Today was one of those days:
INDECENT EXPOSURE: Intersection of Seminary Road and Kenmore Avenue. 11/09 at 8:50 P.M. The victim, a 39 year-old Alexandria woman, reports that the suspect was masturbating while at a red traffic signal. The suspect had the interior light on. The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion. He was wearing a black suit and white shirt. He appeared to be right-handed. He was last seen leaving the area in a 4-door car.
