Help?

eta: ok, never mind. I'm an idiot. Owlet has cleared everything up for me. It was just so obvious I didn't see it. I kept trying to see it as connected to something legalish, not just as an insult.

Ok, not to bombard you all with local stories, but I need help understanding a quote from this story

The summary of the story: A judge in Fairfax county has started throwing out DWI cases, because he thinks they're unconstitutional. His claim is that if you test at .08 or above you're presumed to be intoxicated and he thinks this conflicts with the presumption of innocence for defendants. Personally, I think he's a nut--but if anathema or michigan troll want to explain otherwise, they can.
Anyway none of that is really what my question is about. My question pertains to the following quote:
No other judge in Fairfax -- or elsewhere in Virginia, as far as can be determined -- has joined O'Flaherty. But the judge said some other jurists have told him they agree with him. "I had one judge tell me, 'I'd rule that way, but I don't have the guts to,' " O'Flaherty said. "I told him, 'You should be driving a truck.' "

huh?
