DEAR GOD WHAT IS THAT SMELL?!
So this rarely gets used except to bitch or rebuke something to do with my roomie.
To change things up I've decided that I should bitch instead about how awful our room smells.
And it is the fault of neither of us. o.O
The heater is burning all of the dust in it and boy does it ever have dust. Now when this happens at my home I actually kind of like the scent. Which is kind of morbid given the fact that most of what is being burnt is cat hair.
This morning at about 5:30 I woke up for no apparent reason, commented quietly to myself "what an odd odor" and went back to sleep. I woke up again at 7:30 after a horrible nightmare about Ashley, Myself, and Some other person being federal agents and infiltrating a puppy mill posing as buyers. It was quite terrifying and the entire time the mill smelled like burning plastic, which struck me as odd given how it should probably smell like fecal matter. Anyway I woke up and the smell lingered far longer than a piece of dream should have. So I sat there for a minute and then searched the room for anything that might be melting for some reason. I found nothing. So I spent a while googling "my room smells like burning plastic" and, after finding nothing helpful, I went downstairs and reported it, then went back to sleep.
The next dream I had involved Ashley, Myself, and another random person following the scent of melting plastic around this curiously nice dorm. We were outside and found it. It was an outdoor outlet that the plug had melted into and caused a very odd looking mini-electrical fire. Myself and random other dude were basically like "whatever" and put out the fire using a lit candle and soapy water. I'm really not sure how that worked. Then we talked to the girls that lived in the room the cord led to and I was abruptly woken by loud knocking at my door.
The maintenance dude came in, sprayed something on the A/C unit, and left.
At this point I couldn't sleep because it was just... pointless, but at least it was 9:30 which is a half-way decent time.
Anyway,
