Perhaps it's cheesy and dumb, but I've been looking for a 'safe' passive-aggressive-type way to express this:
If there is someone on your friends list who makes your world a better place just because they exist
and who you would not have met (in real life or not) without the internet,
then post this same sentence in your journal.
(and that 'said' they won't read this).
ADDENDUM: This actually applies to several, and probably everyone on my f-list (and perhaps some that aren't) to one degree or another.
That stated, I of course was referring to one person? individual in-particular in this instance.
Though by making the blanket statement of "If you're reading this; it doesn't apply to you." sort of comes off as a put down, and is generally untrue. If you're reading this; chances are I'm quite pleased with your existence.
