I'm as sick of Dubbya bashing as much as the next guy... but yesterday everyone was talking about

as they had been for the past few days. Granted it is just lazy reporting, though it's awfully convenient that Dubbya should decide to get the ball rolling with the Supreme Court opening now. Doesn't he have months to do this? {shrugs} Just a thought. ?
