finding
i havent been on in a while.
i'm PISSED OFF because our apartment complex has cut down our awesome tree!!! GRRRRRR! I called and they said "if we cut it down that means something is wrong with it..." Maybe it was splitting and would have fallen, maybe it had some kind of disease. Maybe. But if it was because someone WHINED ABOUT the look of the tree, I'm going to be PISSED!
For a monday it's gonna be really busy at work, specs... specs... and more specs. Yuck. But hopefully some of these specs will sell and I'll get some money for it! Yay!
I'm looking back at previous stuffs and I'm TOO whiny about relationships.... I'm now being proactive! I'm reading a book called 'The Surrendered Single' It talks about the thing I should realize most, ACCEPTING myself (whether I am fat, thin, ugly, pretty, tall, small, etc.) and LETTING GO of control of the universe (if only THIS guy would ask me out... if only it could be THIS way) I do that too much. I am personally afraid of getting close to someone because I WOULD get my heart broken. Defensive, fearful. Its time to get over that. We'll see what happens. Oh, and no more asking guys out.... trying to get a guy to ask me out... I can't control anything, I *SHOULDN'T* control anything.
I am worthy of a good guy to come into my life.
I am worth being waited on, patiently pursued, and cherished.
And, damnit, I'm Eileen!
A lot of this came about too when my friends Dan and Stephanie came back into town. They are so great together! That and their little girl is A-D-O-R-E-A-B-L-E!! They were moving in and Steph needed someone to hold the baby. She kept saying that she was probably boring me.. but it was so further from the truth!! I was so in love with the idea of being a parent I was asking her questions about how she was raising Lisa and what she learned... Something snapped in me, and I KNEW I was going to get married and have kids. One day. It was like a bolt of lightning. Seemed pretty strange. But KUDOS!!! to Dan and Steph on their beautiful daughter, Lisa, and YAYYY! They came back into town! *dance of joy!*
I can't wait till Reg and Kate's wedding either, I'm so excited about the two of them getting married! They are such a great couple too!! *hugs to them!!* Yay October!
One more time to whine: DANG!! They took out the BEAUTIFUL tree!!! *waaaaaa!!* *waaaaaa!!* *waaaaaa!!* *waaaaaa!!* *waaaaaa!!*
