Has everyone else's world become smaller and smaller lately or is it just me? I mean, I never truly had what could have even remotely passed for a life before - not for the last 10 years at least - but now? What even is this? Leaving the house for 5 minutes twice a week to take out the trash is a bit too much even for this introvert, recluse, sick ( Read more... )

Yo!! Didn't read this message earlier so got to it now.
Glad you are OK and your mom too. How is your sister?

I'm going to send you an email this evening. You may be sleeping - if you sleep these days. Anyway, e-talk with you later.

Hey! My sister is okay but very very tired. Here's hoping the workers will be allowed to go back into my house and we'll be able to move soon or my sister will have a breakdown....

I'll look for the email :)

*hugs and love*

Hi - did I send the email?
Honestly, I'm not sure if I'm keeping up with the things I mean to do.
Some time this weekend I hope to catch up. :)
Fra ooco, Cara.

btw, I checked 'fra poco' and 'tra poco' and both were translated as 'soon' so - are they both the same?

You sent a quick one and said you were going to try and write a more extensive one when you had the time :) No worries about not finding the time yet, as you know it's not like I'm feeling up to much either these days.

Oh and yes, 'fra' and 'tra' are interchangeable and mean the same thing.

*hugs*

Hahaha - you are my fail-proof Italian source.
I really love the Italian language. Sadly, currently I have very little practice with it.

Ancora scrivero, Cara, ma non qua <- come dico Io, come lo dicono a Roma
Translate says: Scriverò di nuovo, ma non qui.

Scrivero via email.

You're very good with Italian, hon, I'm always telling you :) I would love to be able to practice my spoken English, too, since everytime I try to speak I cringe. It sounds so good inside my head but when it comes out is.. ugh! Lol

Talk soon, then.
*hugs*
