"OMG what is wrong with you??"
Yeah, that subject line? That's what two people said to me today. Why? Let me explain.
Today was the very first hot day we've had here this summer. Until yesterday the temperature was, yeah, hot but bearable. Today was less than bearable and it's only the beginning. It'll get worse. I - as I'm sure you know since you hear this argument from me every. Single. Summer. - I hate the heat. There are very few things in this world I hate more than I hate the heat.
So as a joke (but not really... eh ehm..) I started saying, "Oh well, if you think about the fact that the awful heat usually only lasts until the end of September, I think we can say I "only" have a little more than 100 days to suffer before the summer is over. I think I can manage. Maybe." And that *points to subject* was people's answer.
What is wrong with me? How can I not love summer? What kind of person am I? *points to icon* ;P
I don't know, I've always loathed the summer. Well, okay, I loved it when I was a kid but only because school was out. I always hated the heat. I just don't function well with heat. I can't sleep well, I'm always in a bad mood, I basically live in the shower... eh.
But... What's wrong with me? Nothing as far as I'm concerned. Sorry.
