i don't believe in measurements, nor do i believe in the cookbook format of recipes. :D

fried brown rice
(use leftover cooked rice)

finely chop ginger and garlic
grate 1 carrot
grate 1 hap jeong gua
boil some vegetarian mutton; when tender chop in half (can use some other soy product; probably don't need to boil it first)

squeeze out juices of grated hap jeong gua and reserve
fry ginger and garlic in oil
fry vegetarian salt fish (for flavour)
fry mutton (or other soy product), carrot and hap jeong gua
take it out and set aside

fry the rice
add in what you just took out - done!

side dish: king mushrooms and gai lan
chop gai lan
chop king mushrooms

fry ginger and garlic in oil
fry mushrooms
take it out

fry gai lan
add hap jeong gua juice
add mushrooms - done!
optional: add soy sauce, salt, sugar, chinese cooking rice wine for flavouring and cornstarch and water to make it gooey
