What: An attempted capture of the notorious Death Eater

Where: Muggle London, a side street not far from downtown.

Bill had spent a great deal of time that day in meetings and a large amount of that time, eating. He's been growing the most outrageous appetite lately. He was on his way to his last appointment of the day, a visit with some co-workers from Egypt.
The sky was threatening to rain, which would have suited Bill fine. He wouldn't mind a little cooling off. He wore a faded leather coat just in case it started raining he wouldn't get too soaked. His dragon scale boots made a thunderous sound which echoed down the narrow and dimly lit street. This is the sort of place you wouldn't want to be if there was a knife weilding maniac nearby.
