slowly serving / sacrifice

Aurelia waits in her
Resolution

She has written the last page

And in my lust, my fear, my breath away

She’s frosty

My shoes glow red and it reminds me

Of when the Postal Service ruled our world

Cute hymnals and messagings

how I can’t drive past

Locust Grove Park

Rippon Landing

Crystal Towers

anymore.

These fortresses

Forbidden

Could I have given

More of less than myself?

Aurelia eats her pie in circles

Concentric calories, can’t she see

She’s avoiding this development

And I don’t have time

To forget you.
