Laptop advice, please
I'd like to buy a new laptop sometime in the next six months. After looking for over a year, the only thing I've come to the conclusion about is that it's vey hard to break the habit of looking for a good gaming computer. Which, of course, I no longer need.
What I do need is something stable, with good battery life, and the ability to do basic wordprocessing, net browsing, and photo storing.
I refuse to buy Toshiba due to the craptastic computer I have right now and the even worse service that came with it. I can get pretty good prices on Dell computers through work, but my limited experience with personal-use Dells make me wary of buying one for myself.
What have you guys had luck with?
