There's this preacher on TV "declaring the favor of God upon people in 2006." That really bugs me....We need to pray for the guidance of God and His will. I don't want God to just make my finances and family and work better because life would get pretty boring. Is it just me, or does anyone else think that God has something better for us than this

i totally agree! i think that christianity in american has taken on some americanish ideals that really don't fit with Christ's message. there is so much more to life and to Christ's message than being comfortable, in our rich society.....
