(no subject)
So I'm finally in my dormroom...
So, before we get started I am now in a single room. During the summer, I received a call from residence life stating that they were adding 100 new bedspaces and that my double room (which wasn't that big to begin with) was supposedly large enough for a third person...and they were going to put a freshman in the space. Needless to say, when they asked if I wanted a single room on the campus that most of my classes were on, I said yes.
Now this is all well and good, but there is a slight problem now. My room is fucking tiny! And the walls are done in this disgusting industrial biege that was last put on in the fucking 70s. Retro city, man. Now that really isn't a problem. The problem is, there are gross looking marks covering the walls and the ceilings. I have yet to determine what it is (or if it breeds for that matter).
But, I did get everything moved in and unpacked, but now my new printer doesn't work. I'm going to have a buddy of mine look it over. Yay for computers that suck!
So...that was my little foray into moving in (again). Something always seems to happen when I have to move in.
