Is it? On 7net's page, they're "in maintanence" for many times, but they would open preorder again... probably the best bet is to wait for the official release date. I guess last resort will be some deputy site ;-; In a way, I understand this is like an underground strategy to raise BW's sales, so they're being as quiet about it as possible by not having it in any other stores... but they should know by now oversea fans are not to be underestimated T-T The Kino here still has copies in case you know anyone who still wants Meikyuu LEs or REs xD
Ah, that time xD that was just 7net underestimating the power of Arashi fangirls and some error happened. They were open again to preorder since the end of October...but makes no difference to me until I find a way to order xD I've only heard a little from last week's HnA, but the new song sounds so cute and very them *___*;

I'm from California (US)~ I assume there's not a lot of local fans here, or enough to make it sell out here. Of course I'm only speaking of short-term xD; They still have Troublemaker LEs and Love Rainbow LEs too, surprisingly enough.
Oh, one more thing. Since they're import CDs, the prices are obviously more expensive than just the currency conversion. ^^;; $21 for LE and $18 for RE (Meikyuu).
At some point, I think oversea fans have some advantages that fans tend to take for granted ^^; With Japanese fans, they have local competitions, but oversea fans imo is only a lesser percentage of the sales. Which is why technically even with just a domestic sale on 7net, it is quite possible to pull the numbers up... but if their aim is million sale (or just #1), isn't it better to utilize the fact that Arashi obviously does have oversea fans? ;_;
Maybe simply because it's a domestic store that it's only shipping within Japan. It's not like cdjapan or amazon which handles international... But 7net should totally make an exception T-T
Oh yes xD And this week there is Nazodi VSA... DOOMED.
I think shipping isn't too bad. First class around $6-7 for something like a CD :D

I think older singles are slightly cheaper. Although they're LE editions, the Troublemaker and Love Rainbow ones were like.. $16-$17?
