I got mingled with Beautiful World hype, and I never got around to typing it. But here it is: a very, very, VERY belated and brief 4 weeks late AnimeExpo2011 report. It's been 4 years since I went to an AX.

Sorry it won't be detailed, and I didn't really beta this either, so I apologize in advance for weird sentences lol~

Yeah I definitely won't be going to AX for a while unless there's really awesome guests. It's a good thing Teiou announced last minute, cuz we were really bummed about missing out Kalafina cuz of bad communication ;-;

Ahhhhh the awesome looks so awesome and the bad sounds REALLY bad (wtf con staff, someone at the top needs to get their act together -- there are more guests I want to see before I dieeeeeee). Kagetoki and Takamichi are glitteringloke and kawaii_gaara, respectively. XD

I agree! AX need to step it up....I cry over the fact if there's anyone to have the connections, they do, so we have to live with the frustration until they do.

It was so nice to meet you and the other roomies on my first visit in LA. I would love to hang with you some more since I usually was the first to sleep and then wake up before everybody else throughout the weekend. Jet lag's a pain. ^^;

I also agree with you completely about the AX staff. Maybe the overwhelming attendees was very overwhelming, but wow! The list of complaints goes on, but you pretty much covered most of them for me.

As for your pictures: BRILLIANT! The one with Morimori wearing the funny hat and carrying the light saber was pure awesome. He might as well be the King of geeks and otaku everywhere.

Omg yes. I just can't believe the AX staffs were so incompetent, and if it weren't for the fact that Teiou or any of the guests were right there, I would really yell at their faces. I hope the management gets better, but somehow I doubt likely.

I doubt there will be improvements in AX staffs at all. I guess it's because AX invites a lot, and I do mean a LOT, of awesome guests beyond the capacity of order. But we got through hell and our efforts were rewarded in the form of the Teiou's autographs.

You choose a lot of good pics to post. I still crack up about the switching costumes comment. XD

Yeah... sadly we have to suck it up since AX has the connection for all the great guests >< Still, at the very least I wish they'd tighten up so that we don't embarrass in front of the guests themselves!

Haha, yeah, tbh, I hadn't plan on going this year too if my sister didn't plan to go. I get the feeling I won't be attending AX for a looooong time because they didn't leave a good impression on me this time.
