I'm Ami~ Nice to meet you all <3 Thanks for all your comments and reading my translations so far. Here's a little interlude before getting back into the Johnny's boys that I know you all would much rather read about. (^_~) I'll try not to be too long!
About me:
I'm half-Japanese, but grew up in America (Hawaii/California) and didn't grow up speaking the language, so I'm not fluent. I am however, studying really hard so please feel free to send me stuff to be translated-- it's great practice for me!
I actually do live in Japan now with my family, but I'm still in school so I haven't had time to get a regular job yet. I do help teach lots of English classes here though, albeit mostly volunteer-work. But yeah no job = no money = no johnny's merch. (;-;)
Before jpop, I was super into kpop and still have a fairly active EXO-centric tumblr (feel free to share your kpop feels with me~ <3). I got into Johnny's right around the beginning of this year. I was looking for j-dramas to watch so I could practice my Japanese and stumbled upon our Bakaleya boys' drama. Needless to say, from there I was hooked. I started watched Gamushara, J's Party, Shokura, R no Housoku... Living in the heart of Tokyo, it's hard not to notice all the Arashi, Sexy Zone, and Hey! Say! JUMP billboards everywhere (and seriously. Arashi is EVERWHERE), but I never really got into Johnny's until after watching the Juniors. f(^_^;)
Anyways, eventually the feels got worse and worse and worse, and my tumblr started to fill up with Johnny's boys. After completing a short translation for isshofluffy on tumblr (aka chiitsunen) I somehow ended up liking translating and well, now here I am.
Johnny's biases: SixTONES (I can't decide. Don't make me decide.), Yamachan (Hey!Say!JUMP)
Other people that I like: Nakajima Kento, Kotaki Nozomu, Yasui Kentaro, Jinguji Yuta, Kishi Yuta, Matsuda Genta, Hirano Sho, Matsukura Kaito, Morita Myuto...jr-tachi, bascially.
