(no subject)
I was on AAF last night (http://www.arcane-artistry.net) and I had a thread about making icons for the peeps there as well, and one person said she liked my HP icon, but that's not my point. She had the "Weasley is our king" song in her siggy, and it inspired me to head straight to PS and create this one:
I swear, doing anything artsy in the visual way hasn't come to me naturally since 8th grade (I doodled in between, but not much besides that), and I just graduated, so...it's been a while. I had writer's block when I started rewriting that novel, and I'd actually done my first pencil drawing of a person ever that actually came out looking pretty decent, IMO. It was a portrait of Erin Aspen, my MC in my Intergalactic Military series. My writer's block is gone, but my fun creativity hasn't left with it, so it's like WHOA. Yeah.
