I consider sports quite boring really. I always thought running would be boring as well, but it's great for thinking and quite nice outside if the weather is kind enough. I have a training bike at home, but even while watching tv it's still boring. And it doesn't really give me any satisfaction, even when I made myself get farther within the allotted time to spice it up a little.
As teenager I really liked the competitive part of sports, but there was nothing outside of normal gym classes at my school, no school competition, nothing, so that pretty much did not get fed :)
The podcasts are really nice though. They have different ones for strength training or speed running as well. I didn't check them all out yet as swimming and running is currently quite enough for me :)
I've definitely seen no weight decrease yet, but I'll check my sizes at the end of week three. I think I look a bit better though now. Not as wobbly :)
I just hope I won't stop when it gets really hot during the summer. I hate those tropical nights when it does not cool down even in the middle of the night!

We take our motivation were we get it. Most important thing is that we have it. It's strange in some way, but it's really nearly all in the mind. If you think you can do it, if you want to do it, you most likely can do it!
