Castle Season 4 Finale
So season finale. We finally get Becket and Castle together and the best thing about this episode was Castle's daughter (or rather her speech). Shows you that something went seriously wrong. I'm not sure what happened to the writers of Castle, but it feels like bad fanfiction. Like a carbon copy of the first two seasons of Castle.
Becket shows up at Castle's door and has to explain to everyone why she suddenly changed her mind. She had to explain it! Because nothing really explained or showed the viewer why she did what she did. Sure, near death experience, some wallowing in the rain, the chess pieces of emotional change are all there. But there's no feeling at all. No progression.
How did they get to a point where the fans finally get what they wanted and it's so empty?
Sigh...
