Summary: A very emo Takaki gets bad news and has a very bad habit.

"Oh, crap, no!"
Takaki Yuya was in deep trouble right now. He was having an important conversation with his manager about his role in the upcoming Gokusen 3. Usually, manager-san would talk about his acting and how he should work on the bad boy image a bit more because Takaki was usually way too 'happy' for this role... But this time manager-san was talking about the fact that during practices, Takaki had been really out of it, crying in practice and not being able to get in character at all. He was just talking about the higher chances that they lose the Gokusen 3 contract when suddenly, Yuya's phone's battery died.
"Damn, damn, daaaaaaaaamn!"
He cursed technology and the fact that he didn't have time to charge those untrustworthy batteries. He needed another phone. Now. So, the panicking young man ran to the dressing room, hoping that one JUMP member would be nice enough to interrupt his preparation for the magazine photo shooting session and let him use his phone.
"Emergency!" He said, flailing. "Need phone! Now!"
There were three boys in the room at the moment. Yamada, Chinen and Morimoto... and one of them had to let Takaki borrow a phone!
Yamada was trying to teach Ryutaro the fantastic hand game everyone should know from the Hey!Say! PV Making video while Chinen was talking to someone on Yamada's phone about the Johnny's Junior Christmas party.
Hey!Say!JUMP, though they were not juniors anymore, were allowed to come this year and obviously, Chinen was going... and Takaki wasn't sure he wanted to be where this boy was outside of work. Yuuri has been super distant as of lately and Takaki had a feeling that his ex was taking the break up seriously and didn't want to see him anymore.
"Ryuuuuutaro-chan~" The oldest boy in the room started, "Can I borrow your phone?"
The said boy had been struggling with his own coordination and trying to follow his band mate, but upon hearing the BEST member calling him, his hand slipped and he failed to complete the hand routine. Pouting, he pulled his cell phone out of his pocket and handed it to Takaki.
"Be careful with it," The youngest boy said before telling Yamada to shut up and he braced himself for another try.
The brunette nodded and took the thing, "Thank you!"
That was the last thing he said before disappearing to the hallway again. He was about to call the manager back, but, being the total ditz he was, he noticed that he forgot something really important: the manager's number!
Way to go, me... Takaki was about to go back and give Ryutaro his phone when Ultra Music Power played, which happens to be the song that plays when Takaki's own phone has a new text message. He flipped the phone open and read the mail, automatic reaction to hearing this.

Yes, Chii is in a new relationship, I saw that for myself.
Chii brought his new lover to Video Game Night and Yama-chan saw him too.

When Hasshi wasn't kicking my butt at DDR, Chii was always in his lap, whispering stuff to him.
And you know what else? Yama-chan and I walked in on them in the process of developed making out. Again.
Chii already has hickeys and he wears heart-shaped jewelry, oh my god!

After reading this, Takaki noticed he had been holding his breath since he read the 'they're history' line. He felt his heart beating so hard in his chest that it hurt and his head was throbbing. His gut felt like it was tightening and he kind of felt like he just got kicked in the balls by someone wearing soccer shoes. He placed a hand on the wall to support himself, feeling that his legs were slowly giving up on him.
I've been replaced...?
This couldn't be true. Yuto couldn't be right. This was simply impossible; Chinen was totally crazy about him, why would he ever go to another guy? Why would he go to that guy of all the guys in the world? It felt like Hasshi just stabbed him in the chest and took his heart out and ran away with it. His heart. Chinen was his heart. And Hasshi stole him.
Yuuri was pretty gullible, surely Hasshi told him stupid things to convince him to go out with him... Or maybe Yuto misinterpreted and Chinen was just close to Hasshi because he needed attention or... needed someone to...
Oh, hell, no. Ew. Yuuri isn't like that...
"Takaki-kun, are you okay?"
The brunette looked back and found Yuto, who was obviously done with his turn in front of the camera and had a box of Pocky in his hands. Strawberry Pocky, so that meant he was supposed to give those to Yamada, as always.
Yuya glared at him, simply because he was pissed at everything right now. Hasshi pissed him off, so did Chinen, Hear!Say!Shock, his phone, the manager's number, Gokusen 3 and every single breathing person in this world.
"Are you crying?" The Hey!Say!7 member asked, pointing down at the tear drops on the floor.
"Nothing you have to care about, Nakajima-kun." Takaki placed his foot over the wet spot on the floor, "Give this to Morimoto." He said, giving Yuto the phone and shoving him out of the way, feeling kind of glad upon hearing the thud sound when Yuto's back hit the wall with the 'ouch!' that came with it and the 'oh no!' Yuto let out because 3/4 of the Pocky box' content was now on the floor.
The BEST member headed out of the building, all sorts of thoughts going through his brain at the same time.
How could he....? How could they?
That was the kind of nerve-racking situation that made Takaki break. The cool attitude, the smiles, they all turned into a huge pile of nothingness and Takaki's true feelings were completely bare. Not having Yuuri besides him made him feel weak and now that the other was with someone else... what was he to do? Move on, some would tell him. Though, doing this could be awfully hard, especially when you are in love with that person you should forget...
Once he had found a spot near the backdoor of the building, he leant against the wall and just started to cry silently. He didn't want to cry, but his feelings were a mess and he didn't know if he should be angry at the new 'Hasshinen' couple, be happy for them or laugh at the absurd situation. The tears kind of came out on their own accord.
He wiped his tears and pulled a small box from his pocket. From the small pack, he pulled out a cigarette and then he pulled a lighter out of his pocket. Smoking was a bad habit he got from hanging out with older people and from being stressed all the time, Yuya claimed that it helped him calm down and that the nervous tension went down a notch when he did this...
He put the stick between his lips and put his hand over the other end, as he tried to light his smoke. The lighter clicked once, twice and a third time before Takaki could light his cigarette. He took a long drag from it, tapped on his cigarette with a finger and the ash flew with the wind.
Losing his one and only love to the person who hated him the most... Takaki didn't know how to face this, all he could do was asking himself questions. Were Yuuri and Hasshi really in love and dating? Did his tiny ex already forget about him? Did he forget about all the love he had for him?
I guess I have no choice, now... He thought as he blew the smoke out.
