Pigs vs Dogs
Back from my mini-vacation to Maine (still in MA). I had a lovely time until I visited THE TOWN THAT HATES DOGS where I spent several hours being harrassed by the cops because my dog happened to be born... A DOG.
In Old Orchard Beach Maine it is illegal for dogs to literally walk on the sidewalk on certain streets or allowed on the beach before sunset. My small well behaved vaccinated darling pup became the target of a harrassment campaign, and I literally had to carry him around for hours while Aidan went to a poor man's Coney Island amusement park. Overall I find Maine to be incredibly hostile to dogs in public places. WTF. This is public, forward to friends who travel with their dogs.
I want to have some civil service action (eg million dog march) to draw attention to this aggrevious evil.
