weekend redux
Was a good weekend, hung out some, got some small amout of housework done, got to see a band and was reminded of my age.
Friday I got to hangout with Del and Ninja, which was fun. Del and I got to riff off each other and that was a blast. Things that came out of that included aa small film strip concept that we could take up, but project time is sort of scetchy at the moment and a number of new off off broadway shows that might happen.

After riffing on that for hours we realized that the first three while completely silly could actually happen, and we were sad for a moment as culturre died.
Saturday was start cleaning the garage day, so now I have an additional pile of shit to throw away in the driveway. A few more good solid days of taking things out to the driveway will get me enough to call for a pickup from the city
But I found a few things I was and wasn't looking for. But there is a bunch of work to do yet. But the days get longer and the weekends are warmer.
Saturday night I saw my friend Noodle's band at the broad axe, they wre great, the bar was cool, the crowd was good. The second band was, well they didn't sing, they yelled. Noodles did mention that it was a style tht was done in 1998 for the first time by a metal band (which I can't remember). I didn't like it that much, I would have liked it better with being able to hear lyrics. Oh we'll, after that GuitarTech and Noodles came and hung at my place for a bit and we talked tubes and GuitarTech looked over a box of them for me. Next steps is to photo them and sell them, a collector out there would like them I'm sure.
Sunday was recovery day, I had to be on call saturday and sunday from 7 to 3, so I had to be awake, well by 3 sunday I was toast and napped.
Now I have some minor goals for the week, let's see how much work suckks the life out of me till we see what is up with that.
Week plans include a beer or two at broad axe for spd, and to see irish punk there. Putting a car in the shop, photos of tubes and kitchen clean,.
Weekend plans include Friday night Haven, Saturday cleaning garage, maybe club on Saturday night, helping on site production of Suspendc.
Monday might be a work from home day, that would be also a dmv day to finish the job on the audi.
Ah, the train is pulling in, so now I go.
