Girl's night out
Had a great girl's night out tonight. I must say the highlight was
putt-putt golfing. Apparently Wednesday is 2 for the price of one date
night. So Sarah and I walked up to the booth and this was roughly the
conversation:
Us: "It's just the two of us, we'll have the adult 2-for-1 special."
Lady: "That'll be $9.00"
Us: "Excuse me, we said the 2-for-1 special."
Lady: (with a look of disgust)"Are you two really dating? Like, is this really a date?"
Us: (with looks of offense) "Yes, of course."
So Sarah and I claimed to be lesbians and saved $4.50. Not bad. On the way out the lady asked how our date went and if it was our first. We told her it was lovely, and that there was sure to be a second ;)
