there are thirty-six days left until summer.
i don't think it can get here fast enough.
i have resorted to scrubbing the stove and
changing the mildew-covered shower curtains
to help pass these long, monotonous days.
isaac brock hits it right on the nose when he sings:
"the years go fast and the days go so slow..."
and when i am not acting as a pseudo-cinderella, i
am running, jump roping, and pilate-ing obsessively.
too bad i can't keep from shoving spoonful after
spoonful of crunchy peanut butter into my mouth!
