last saturday night was john's friend david's 21st birthday and he was having it at hamburger mary's. i like david, so i went too. john was wearing his huge german jacket and while we were outside this crazy lesbian who made us call her scott came up to us and began showing us all her german iron cross stuff she was wearing and had tatooed all over her. anyway, she was loud, but finally went away. but there was a drag show on so me and john didn't want to go inside, cuz all the shows we see these days are lame. so we hung around outside for about half the show until they did some birthday thing for david and these other 3 people whos birthday it was too. the whole thing was kinda fun until they made them do some kinda embarrassing stuff, which wouldn't have been so bad, but david's parents were there too (which i found kind of strange, but oh well). so me and john got more drinks and watched the rest of the show. one after another of horrible black, mexican, and vietnamese queens came one and did numbers that might have been good if they hadn't of been so ugly. one even looked like dennis rodman. at the end they had us vote and at least a semi-attractive queen won, but they other person who got the most votes was this mexican guy who looked like all he did was put on some dress and a wig and that's it. no make-up. he looked like shit, but then it got worse when he later took off the wig and put on some scarf. can someone please tell me what happened to the ART of being a drag queen. everyone looks like they got hit in the face with a hot bag of nickels. and just to give you a real idea of how bad this was lucious (henry) was there just to be there and they gave a special thanks to him at the end of the show and he got the loudest applause. now, folks, that's one fucked up show.
