There are doubtless many other tweaks not included in the list above; I’ve not always remembered to update that list after making changes. For instance:

• If you select an entire
  tag or block before opening “HTML → Images…” or “HTML → Anchor / Links…” (respectively), the window will import some of the parameters of those tags (URLs and other settings) into the input screens to allow you to edit the existing parameters.
