If you download the latest version of the Massive Tool, it comes with a new macro I've recently developed: Search.RIM

This is how it works: highlight a word or phrase in your document, and then execute Search.RIM via the "Run Macro…" command on the Macros menu. You will be given a series of options (Amazon.com, Google, YouTube, etc.) to choose from ( Read more... )

And easily customizable. Just open it in Notepad (though if you add or subtract search engines from the macro, you ought to save it under a different name to make sure your version doesn't get overwritten the next time you download and extract all of the files from ASMT.ZIP).

Within my Massive Tool program, you can select different journal sites, but I don't have that capability on the reference page... yet. I could make something up for you, though.

OK, I just modified the code to allow you to select livejournal, deadjournal, insanejournal, or greatestjournal. I'll update http://dammitja.net/lj/asmt/ with the new code later today.

Wow, thank you. I just wanted to ask that you don't need to do it just because for one person. You're very welcome that you did it *hugs*
Thank you :)
I wanted my Fic rec posts to take to IJ but the links for LJ turn into ones for IJ.
Sadly I have to remark: GJ seems to be dead.
I found out the hard way yesterday when LJ was down and my F-List didn't work. It says | 0 - 0 |
I've been told it is this way almost for a year now. (I've tried random Journal and got entries from February and April.) And when you try: Update Journal you'll get
updating of journals and communities currently disabled.
Thank you again.
