The buttons are grouped by category (note the gaps between some of them). You can choose which categories to display.

That picture shows all buttons/categories thus far created.

The button images that come with Delphi (the language the Massive Tool is written in) are mostly lame, or altogether absent (how can you not have a glyph for "Replace"? Every program with "Find" also has "Replace"!); so I've had to make (or modify) just about all of those.

I decided I need to put some simple buttons up there, too, like "Boldface" - it's a pain in the butt to pull up the whole Font screen every time you want to boldface something.
