Judo rules, getting hurt and going to the hospitle does not!

i was thinking about making a post last night but my head, eye, and just about every other part of my body disagreed with that idea. For those of you who do not know (who were not told by harmony) i got my ass kicked hard last night in judo club. Well, first judo is real freaken hard (my aching body can atest to that). here is what happened, around 8:15ish we played this game where everyone got in a circle and grabed the sleeve of the persons on either side of you, and then tried to trip the person on either side of you. This was a really fun game, and then it got down to two people (from a class of about 15 people who most where higher rank than i) one was this kid named Jason (i think) who is a cop, and myself (which i really didn't think that i was going to make it that far). This was the situation that i didn't really like cause i had a feeling that it wasn't going to go over very well (and i was right), but to make a long story short he beat me and when i fell i hit the back of my head on the floor pretty hard, i think i may have gotten a minor concussion from it. This, however, was not the highlight of the night, that came in the next game. This next game was a "tag" based game, where one person was it, oh and it was done on hands and knees, and everyone else had to make it passed the person who was it. So you had to go from one end of the mat to the other end, and you were considered caught if you got turned on your back, but they had to get you on your back within 7 sec. To shorten things up i'll jump to the painful part, while the person who was it was coming after me (who happened to be the person who beat me in the previous game) he grabed the back of my Gi and i knew he was going to turn be over so i had to hold out for 7 sec. What i did was spread out my legs and arms to produce more surface area that he would have to turn over, and when i did this my glasses fell off and the bottom of the frams went into the space between the top of my eye and where my eye brow, which was not very pleasant at all. After that i was seeing doubles whenever i would tilt my head, which scared the crap out of me, cause i didn't know if i caused any serious damage to my eye. So i ended up waiting at the hospitle for like 3-4 hrs to find out that i just proly briused the musicle that holds the eye in. That was a lot of fun, but i hope that it dosen't happen again, ever......
