melanoma
Wow, I've updated everywhere except here and myspace. Guess I should correct that.
On Dec 27th, I had surgery to remove the tumor growing in my chest.
Although all prior biopsies showed it to be benign, tests of the mass itself showed it to be melanoma in the lymphatic system. Most of you may think that melanoma is only a skin cancer, but it can attack any part of your body. Besides skin, it usually affects the colon or the eyes. But mine is not in any of those places. Mine is more difficult to treat.
Starting next Wednesday, Jan. 26th, we will start treatment.
