Ary calls the furnace company
Ary: Hi! You know those ads your company drops in people's mailboxes? How do you send them out?
Furnace company: Wha-huh?
Ary: Like, do you have a flyer kid who just drops them off, do you send them out with a flyer company, mail, what?
Furnace company: You know, I'm not sure, but I'll ask for you. < hold music > I'm sorry, the person I need to ask is just on the phone at the moment.
Ary: No worries. The reason I ask is because I've gotten no less than five in the past six months-
Furnace company: < sympathetic noises >
Ary: -which I can totally understand. What really bothers me is that four of those, I received after I had your company install my new furnace and water heater. It's getting really irritating. Maybe you should ask the person who handles that to look into it?
